Making Dreams Come True Since 1987
After winning the Miss USA title in 1979, placing sixth in the Miss Universe Pageant and then enjoying her own successful modeling career with the Ford Agency in NYC, Mary Therese Friel founded this company to help and encourage others to pursue their dreams, just like she did!
The company began as a modeling, pageantry and self-development coaching facility, for teenage girls. From the beginning, Mary Therese Friel’s formula was highly successful. Her personal guidance centered on the development of the whole person, consisting of a well-rounded mix of boosting the girls’ self-confidence, improving their presentation skills and motivating them to be the best that they could be. Her company quickly became known for cultivating poised, confident and talented young ladies. This success enabled her company to expand to include training programs for both female and male students of all ages.

Mary Therese Friel, Founder & CEO
Mary Therese Friel established this company in 1987. She is a former Miss USA, Ford Model, National Spokesperson, Goodwill Ambassador and Author. Her career in the modeling industry began at age 11 and spans four decades. Her experience as a model, celebrity, coach and agent, provides her with a unique and valuable perspective of both sides of the business.
Kent Friel, Executive Director
Kent Friel joined the company in 1995 as a full partner and has contributed to more than 20 years of the agency’s success, in the training and development of models and talent, casting, production and management.
Together, Mary Therese and Kent’s shared vision, expertise and drive, continue to propel the company and their talent to new heights.

Mary Therese Friel initiated her Goodwill Ambassador program in 1989. It focuses on encouraging and promoting volunteerism and community involvement, particularly among young people.
